Refund Policy

At Vegas Mobile Massage, your satisfaction is very important to us.

We value your time and our therapists’ time, so please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

All booked appointments are non-refundable once the session has started.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within less than 12 hours or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a therapist’s inability to complete the service due to an emergency.
